Terms and conditions for Advance Reservation System (for entry into the Park)

• All guests holding open-dated tickets, and Annual and Season Passholders ("Passholders") are required to make a reservation prior to their intended visit to the Park, for themselves as well as for their accompanying guests (if any), for each intended date and time of visit, with effect from 1 July 2020 until further notice.
• Guests and Passholders who do not have reservations which have been confirmed by RWS may be refused entry into the Park.
• Dates for entry into the Park shall be available for reservation on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to availability.
• For registration purposes, all guests and Passholders are required to provide the following information:
• Name (as shown on their Annual Pass, Season Pass or Identification Document); and
• A valid Annual Pass or Season Pass ID number or open-dated ticket ID number ("ID Number"); and
• Email address for the purpose of receiving the confirmation details of the reservation.
• On the date of visit, registered guests and Passholders will need to present the following for verification prior to entry into the Park:
• A confirmation screenshot or email; and
• A valid Annual Pass, Season Pass or open-dated ticket showing the ID Number used in the reservation.
• Guests and Passholders will need to be present in person on the date of the visit for which the reservation was made.
• Accompanying guests for whom a reservation has been confirmed must present a valid open-dated ticket, Annual Pass or Season Pass at the point of entry on the date of visit for which the reservation was made.
• Confirmation of the reservation made does not guarantee the availability of admission tickets for accompanying guest(s) on the date of visit for which the reservation was made. Failure to present a valid open-dated ticket at the point of entry will result in the accompanying guest(s) being denied entry into the Park.
• Confirmed reservations are strictly for use by the registered guests and Passholders for whom a reservation has been confirmed (if any), and are non-transferable.
• Open-dated Tickets with ID Numbers that were used to make a reservation but which were not used on the date of visit for which the reservation was made ("No-Shows") will be deemed to have been used. No refunds and/or requests for an extension of the validity of such tickets will be permitted.
• Passholders who have made reservations but who do not show up on the date of visit for which the reservation was made will not be allowed to make another reservation until 3 days after the date of visit for which there was No-Show.
• The RWS Attractions Pass Terms and Conditions and other general Terms and Conditions shall apply.
• RWS reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
